Telesales Executive

Experience: 0–5 Years | Process: Voice / Sales

We are hiring Telesales Executives to connect with prospective customers, understand their requirements, and convert leads into successful sales.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Explain products/services and address customer queries.
• Follow up with leads and maintain the sales pipeline.
• Achieve daily/monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Maintain accurate customer and call records.
• Handle objections and negotiate effectively.
• Ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements: Good communication and convincing skills, sales mindset, basic computer knowledge, and target-oriented approach. Telesales/BPO experience is preferred. Freshers with strong communication skills may apply.
